EnneaMotion Training Program
Do you sometimes ask yourself,
"I know the Enneagram,
now what?"
Do you sometimes say to yourself,
"Oh no! I did it again! I hate when I do that!"
Look no further!
Are you ready for the next step in your personal dArevelopment? e you ready to break some emotional patterns that aren't working for you? Would you like to create healthier, more balanced habits?
Learn a new, experiential and effective tool for your personal and professional development.
This work:
- deepens your insight about the Enneagram (a personality typology system)
- helps you access the best of all personality styles
- helps to manage a range of moods and emotions (yours and others)
- changes the neuron pathways from the brain that can help you break free of ineffective emotional patterns
- explores the relationship between personality and the body
- fast-tracks emotional change
- increases emotional intelligence, and
- helps you find physical antidotes to different shades of the blues!
Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
Now understood to be a greater factor in personal and professional success than IQ, EQ is defined both intra- (inside yourself) and inter-personally (between you and others). EQ is the ability to:
- know, understand and accept yourself
- know your areas of development
- understand and accept others
- manage your reactions so they're appropriate, effective and best serve what the moment requires
Physical Intelligence
In addition to physical prowess, my definition of "physical intelligence" is the ability to tune into the body's innate knowing. Physical intelligence is a deeply natural capacity that we have devalued and lost touch with. However, it can be renewed and strengthened with exercise and training. Listening to the body's intelligence can guide us when our habitual resources have failed and we find ourselves unable to make needed emotional change.
It is the body's intelligence we seek when developing tools for change.
EnneaMotion
If you're familiar with the Enneagram, you already appreciate its value in personal development, when applying it clinically in your work as a therapist, and to reach your leadership and business potential.
For those who have not yet encountered this deeply insightful psychological framework, "ennea" means nine in Greek, and the Enneagram is a personality typology system that describes nine different personality styles, each with different strengths and blind spots, each with different ways of thinking, feeling and behaving.
EnneaMotion, based on the Enneagram, is a way of using movement to explore the energy of the different Enneagram personality styles. EnneaMotion exercises translate the emotional energy of the different styles into physical energy, deepening our insight about ourselves and others.
After over a decade of doing this work, several other benefits became apparent. Not only a way to develop understanding and compassion for self and others, based on years of anecdotal evidence, it became clear that this work was giving participants a tool for developing the best traits of all nine types within them, thus increasing their emotional range, or emotional intelligence.

Our emotional habits are usually the cause our greatest suffering, and represent the shadow side of our Enneagram type. Awareness alone is often not sufficient for us to change those habits because they have the strongest and most well-developed neuron pathways.
We each have aspects of all nine types in us. One way to look at “balance” is to be able to draw from the best of each of the types.
Based on theories in the latest brain research, this revolutionary work has experiential exercises that will create new neuron pathways that will help us access the best attributes of all nine types.
This experiential technique trains and strengthens new neuron pathways that generate alternative emotional reactions. This helps us to break free of old patterning, creating a sense of wholeness and emotional balance.
These sessions will give you easy-to-use tools to carry with you into your daily life. As you continue to engage in new behaviors, you’ll be training alternatives into your neural net, increasing your emotional intelligence, and reaping the rewards of more spirit and joy.

Do you ever say, “Oh no, I did it again; I hate when I do that!”? Are you sometimes confused by someone else’s behavior?
The Enneagram (ennea means nine in Greek) is a personality typology system that describes nine different personality styles, each with different strengths and blind spots, each with different patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving. It has value in personal development and its depth of insight improves personal and professional relationships.
Adult learning is most effective when it is experiential. In addition to concrete information about the range of styles, EnneaMotion is an experiential way to learn Enneagram. Simple walking, sitting and standing exercises illustrate kinesthetically the emotional energy of the different styles. This is a “bone deep” way to uncover insight about ourselves and others.
After over a decade of doing this work, it became clear that this work increases the emotional intelligence of participants and increases a sense of well-being and happiness.

The Magic Quarter Second

There is a quarter of a second from the time your brain has an impulse to do something, and the moment you do it. That means you have a “magic quarter second” during which you could stop yourself from an emotional response you may later regret.
But awareness alone often is not enough to change a habit that’s been practiced for years.
Learn EPI (Emotional and Physical Intelligence) tools for change that can be used in that magic quarter second — tools that help you respond in a way that can sustain peace of mind and improve your relationships.
Physical intelligence is a deeply natural capacity that many have devalued and lost touch with. However, it can be renewed and strengthened with exercise and training.
This program is experiential and will include demonstrations in listening to and following the body's intelligence, using it as a guide to finding your way out of emotional discomfort. You’ll learn an easy-to-use technique drawing on the body’s intelligence when you’re fed up with your habitual responses and find yourself unable to make needed emotional change.
Andrea’s original work with EnneaMotion, using movement to explore the Enneagram, inspired this work that fast-tracks emotional change, increases emotional intelligence and supports a sense of wholeness.
This work can be used in that magic quarter second so that you can reap the rewards of more spirit and joy.
